Recognizing the importance of promoting financial and investment knowledge and skills among the Thai public, Thailand Securities Institute (TSI) is established to function as a center for continuous and innovative education, providing knowledge of finance and investment for target groups that range from youth in elementary, secondary, and university educational levels to industrial practitioners and the general public. Different types of activities, as such, are continuously arranged with an aim to provide knowledge suitable for the needs, characteristics and requirements of each target group.

Objectives

• To enhance the strength of Thai capital market through distribution of knowledge and education to youth at all levels, industrial practitioners and the general public
• To cooperate with organizations, educational institutions, and related associations in developing the programs which are best appropriate for the target audience
• To arrange for activities in cooperation with organizations, educational institutions, and related associations to develop knowledge and encourage the application of knowledge in actual practice
• To provide skill development for industrial practitioners in the securities business, along with ethics and professionalism, all of which constitute key qualifications for service provision

TSI offers knowledge distribution through activities, training, and seminars, all of which are combined based on appropriateness of the course and demands of the target groups. In addition, TSI has developed a variety of learning materials such as e-Learning system, e-Tutor system, textbooks, journals, electronics learning materials, including provision of information technological data regarding capital market to serve as convenient and effective learning channels for investment enthusiasts at all levels.
